Heritage and History
We are tirelessly working on transforming our Gauteng Heritage landscape, the department has provided support services and maintenance to the Women’s Living Heritage Monument, Kagiso Memorial and Recreation Centre and Boipatong Monument and Youth centre. The mentioned facilities are meant to preserve our heritage and history for future generations.
Broadcast and Digital (Television)
GFC also makes an impact in the industry by helping distribute local content productions through broadcast platforms.
Equipment Grants
Growing and nurturing emerging filmmakers to become financially sustainable through owning effective and profitable enterprises. We further assist by issuing start-up filmmaking equipment.
