Johannesburg, South Africa – The Gauteng Film Commission (GFC) is pleased to announce that it will be relocating its offices to No. 5 Hollard Street, Marshalltown, effective 01 December 2025
This move represents a significant milestone in the GFC’s ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency, accessibility, and service delivery. The new premises will offer an improved working environment designed to foster greater collaboration with filmmakers, stakeholders, and industry partners in Gauteng and beyond.
While the move introduces a new physical space, it does not alter the GFC’s operations or strategic direction. The organisation’s mandate, mission, and vision remain unchanged, with continued focus on developing, promoting, and coordinating the growth of the film and television industry in Gauteng -South Africa’s leading film hub. All existing telephone numbers, email addresses, and other contact details will remain the same.
All operations, including stakeholder engagements and public services, will continue without disruption during the transition. The orc encourages partners, filmmakers, and industry practitioners to update their records with the new address:
No. 5 Hollard Street
